Cherry Pickin's Consignment Policy

Step 1: Email or drop off a picture of the item(s) you wish to consign. If the item is upholstery we may ask you tr bring in a cushion. After inspection, we will let you know whether of not we will accept the items(s).
Step 2: Choose the most convenient way to get your item(s) to the store. Please call ahead and schedule a drop off day and time. You must bring your own help to bring items in and set them up.
Prices will be determined using such factors as style, quality, demand and condition. A contract must be signed containing the following terms: All items are to be displayed for a minimum of 120 days. Markdowns of 10% will begin after the first 30 days of consignment and every 30 days thereafter for a total of 120 days. When an item sells, the consignor will receive a check in the amount of 60% of the sale price. All checks will be mailed to the address of file on or before the 10th of the month following the sale. After the initial 120 day consignment period , the consignor has the option to pick up any unsold merchandise, or allow it to remain in the store and to be marked down or donated as needed at the discretion of Cherry Pickin's.
